About Us
How did The Casual Foodie come to be? We are a husband and wife that long dreamed of owning their own business. Both coming from restaurant backgrounds, food service only made sense, and food trucks allow for the flexibility and fun you cannot find many other places. We each bring to the table 15+ years of experience, and unique talents that make us a great team. With a mission to provide tasty, unique alternatives to classic favorites, we set out 7 years ago, and we have so loved sharing smiles and filling bellies. Big flavors and even bigger hearts go into everything we do, striving to provide each guest with a handheld, gourmet food experience.
When we aren't running our mobile truck, cafe or Red Crow location, we are spending time with our three amazing kids, Elijah, Emersyn and Ellie. Dance, soccer and family game nights fill our hearts and schedules. You'll probably even see them around at some point. They are almost as much a part of Foodie as we are!
